RESORT POLICIES

  • MasterCard, Visa, and Discover credit cards are accepted.
  • Rooms Check-in time – anytime after 4:00 PM, Check-out time –  anytime before 11:00 AM
  • RV Park Check-in and Check-out – 1:00 pm
  • Monthly rates are available from October through April.

SMOKING

Smoking outdoors only. If you or anyone with you chooses to smoke inside the units, your credit card will be charged one night base rate. Please abide by the rules to help keep our resort nice for everyone.

PETS

Pets are welcome at this property.

The required Pet fee is $75.00 per pet, 2 pet max for Condos, Cabins, and the Lakehouse. The Pet Fee is $20.00 for RV sites with a 2 pet max. This fee is non-refundable. Current vaccine records required (Rabies and kennel cough) and NO aggressive breeds. Max weight is 75 pounds. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times outdoors per Burnet county leash law. If during the check in process vaccine records are not up to date or missing pets will not be able to stay on property.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations must be received 14 days prior to your arrival date — 60 days prior for a multi-family unit — 60 days for those booking 3 or more units (groups and family reunions). A 10% cancellation fee will be deducted from all refunds. All cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival date will be charged for the full time booked.
